Services Included in the Fee for Registration 

• Entrance to the convention center for 3 days
• Domestic and imported drinks from all bars of the hotel between 9 am and 6 pm.
• 3 lunches as indicated in the program
• Congress documents, bag, program and abstracts book, name tag, certificate of participation
• 18% VAT will be included in the prices indicated above.
• Participants, who apply for society membership until June 1, 2018, will be able to enjoy discounted registration. • Participants, who do not pay the 2018 membership fee until June 1, 2018 will not be able to enjoy discounted registration. 

Facility Usage Fee
Participants, who do not stay at the congress hotel are requested to pay a facility usage fee of EUR 50 + 18% VAT per day.
The facility usage will be between 9 am and 6 pm.
