Speaker's Ready Room
The Speaker Ready Room will be located at the Congress Venue and will be operating during the congress, with its high technology equipments.
Gala Dinner
Gala dinner will be held on April 29th, 2013 at the Sheraton Hotel. The fine dining menu including unlimited drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) will be served. The capacity is limited. Participants who want to buy tickets should visit the registration page.
Letter of Invitation
An official invitation letter can be produced from the online registration system. Please contact congress secretariat for special request.. This letter should not be considered as an offer of financial support from the organizers.
Access and Transportation
İzmir Airport is located 80 km away from the congress venue. Getting from the airport to the city entails a taxi or Çeşme Seyahat to Ilıca.
Premium transfer service from Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport to the congress venue will be provided for the participants upon request. Terms and conditions are shown on the accommodation page.
Registration and Information Services
All participants who have not previously registered will be able to complete their registration formalities at the "On-Site Registration Desk" on and after April 26th, 2013.
Certification of Attendance
All congress participants will be issued a certification of attendance. You can collect your certificates from the registration desk from April 28th, 2013.
Name Badge
All participants are kindly advised to wear their name badges at all times during the congress. Entrance to scientific sessions will be through a barcode system printed on your name badge.
Exhibition Area
An industrial exhibition will be available throughout the congress. The exhibition will take place at the foyers of Sheraton Hotel & Congress Center and will be open during congress hours.

Congress registration desk will be at the entrance of the congress center and will be open from 07:00 to 19:00 during congress dates.
