Congress Date and Venue
The 40th National Congress of TUSAD - RESPIRATION 2018 will be held at Antalya Sungate Hotel on October 13-16, 2018.

Congress Language
The official language of the congress is Turkish. Simultaneous interpretation services between the English and Turkish language pair will be offered. Papers submitted in English will not be evaluated.

Crediting
All sessions of the congress will be credited by the Turkish Medical Association as "Continuing Medical Education (STE)". You can find relating crediting forms in the congress bag. Please hand these forms to the related personnel after filling them.

Training Courses
Training courses will be held as a part of the 40th National Congress of TUSAD - RESPIRATION 2018. Please refer to the congress website for more information about training topics and trainers. Course attendance fee is included in the congress participation fee.  Please finalize your accommodation procedures bearing in mind that the courses will start at 9 am on October 13, 2018.  

Name Tags
For security reasons, all participants are kindly requested to wear their name tags while entering the congress center, during scientific sessions and other social programs and in poster areas. According to the rules set by the Ministry of Health, those who are not presenting any scientific studies such as papers, publishings or posters or participating in meetings for training purposes (spouses and/or children) at the congress are not allowed to enter congress halls, booth and other relevant areas.  All participants are kindly expected to follow this rule without any exceptions.

Documents for Permission
Congress permission letters to be requested to submit to institutions for congress participation will be sent to requesting participants by the Congress Organizing Board.

Congress Scholarships
A limited number of residents, nurses, and physiologists, whose papers are approved and who will present their papers at the congress, will be offered scholarships. Congress permission letters to be requested to submit to institutions for congress participation, accommodation and scholarships will be sent to requesting participants by the Congress Organizing Board.
