CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
50% of payment will be refunded before January 15th, 2013
No refund will be made for the cancellation made on or after January 15th, 2013
All cancellation requests should be done in writing
TRANSFERS
Premium transfer service from Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport to the congress hotels shown on the web site and vice versa will be provided for the congress participants upon request. The Congress Hotels are located 90 kilometers far away from the İzmir airport and it takes 90 minutes by car. Please pay attention that no public transportation is available. One way transfer fee is 75.-Euro (18% VAT is not included) per person. Reservations can be done through the online registration system, please visit accommodation and registration page.
GALA DINNER FEE
Gala dinner will be held on April 29th, 2013 at the Sheraton Hotel & Congress Center. The fine dining menu including unlimited drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) will be served. The capacity is limited. Participants who want to buy tickets should visit the registration page. Gala Dinner Fee is 75 EUR till 15th of March, 2013,Gala Dinner Fee is 100 EUR after 16 th March, 2013(18% VAT is not included)
