Place and Date of the Congress
TRS's 33rd National Congress - RESPIRATION 2011 is going to be held at Sheraton Hotel - Çeşme between 15-19 October 2011.

Language of the Congress
Official language of the congress is Turkish. There are going to be Turkish-English/English-Turkish simultaneous translations. Abstracts, which are sent in English are going to be disregarded.

Training Courses
There are going to be training courses at TRS 33rd National Congress - RESPIRATION 2011. Detailed information regarding course topics and spokespeople are going to be announced at the congress web site. Since the number of the course participants is going to be limited, applicants are going to be on first come, first served basis.

Name Badges
All participants are required to wear name badges while entering the congress center, during scientific sessions in  exhibition areas, poster areas and during other social programs, for the congress to continue smoothly and due to security reasons. According to the rules of the Ministry of Health, those (spouse and/or children) other than the persons, who have scientific presentations and who participate in sessions for training announcement, publishing, and poster are not allowed to enter meeting, stand and related areas. All participants are expected to observe this rule without exceptions.

Congress Approval Documents
Congress approval documents, which are going to be required to deliver to the institutions to participate in the congress. They are going to be sent to the participants, who have requested them, by Congress Organization Secretariat.

Congress Scholarships
Scholarships are going to be granted to a limited number of assistants, nurses and physiologists, who have been accepted to the congress and are going to perform verbal presentation. Congress approval documents for scholarships, registration and accomodation are going to be sent to the participants, who have requested them, by Congress Oganization Secretariat.

Cancellation Policy
In the case of cancellation of registration and accomodation reservation before 1 June 2011, 50% is going to be refunded and registration and accomodation fees are not going to be refunded after 1 June 2011 under any circumstances.
