Reservation form must be filled out and sent to the Organization Secretariat by fax or mail with the bank receipt for the necessary payment for hotel reservation confirmation. Applications with only a registration form or bank receipt are not going to be confirmed and are going to be placed on the pending list.

Accomodation at the congress hotel is for 4 nights package (15 October 2011 check-in - 19 October 2011 check-out) and VAT is going to be added to prices. Four nights' accomodation charge is going to be effective for stays less than four nights. For payments made after 01 June 2011, %10 is going to be added to room rates above.
Check-in time is 13:00, check out time is 12:00 noon.
Bank Account Number for the Accomodation Fees
Accomodation charges are going to be made to the bank account below in EUROs and photocopy of bank receipt is going to be sent to Organization Secretariat. Room reservations are going to be confirmed only after the payments have been made.

Cancellation Conditions
For cancellations made on or before 01 June 2011, there is going to be a 50% refund. After this date, refunds are not going to be made but change of the name of the participant is allowed. All refunds are going to be made after the congress.
Organizing Agency
Regulatory Board has approved the organization of transportation and accommodation organizations, all social activities during "RESPIRATION 2011" congress and airport and hotel transfers by the organization company K2 Conference and Event Management .
To achieve the best organization and finalization of "RESPIRATION 2011," social activity programs of sponsor companies must be presented to congress secretariat as soon as possible and for their organization, the sponsors should apply to K2 Conference and Event Management at the following address.
