Registration is required for speakers and listeners attending to scientific sessions, accompanying persons and product representatives. Registration can be carried out before the congress or at the congress center. Registration fee includes scientific activities, lunch, opening cocktails, congress program and summary book, participation certificate, congress bag and name tag. VAT is going to be added to registration fees at the invoicing stage.

CONGRESS REGISTRATION FEES

In order to confirm your congress registration, Bank receipt, which shows that the necessary payment has been made according to the filled out registration form, should be sent to the Organization Secretariat by fax or mail. Applications with only a registration form or bank receipt are not going to be confirmed and are going to be placed on the waiting list.

Participants, who apply for society membership through 01 June 2011, are going to have discount registration fee. Our members, who do not pay the 2011 membership fee before or on 01 June 2011, are not going to be able to take advantage of discount membership fee.

• Please bring your registration receipts with you.
• Reservation cancellations should be made in writing to K2 Conference and Event Management.
• For cancellations on or before 01 June 2011, refunds are going to be made after deducting bank money transfer fees.
• On cancellations after 01 June 2011, there is not going to be any refund but name change is going to be allowed.
• All refunds are going to be after the congress.

Congress Participation Scholarship

In order to increase the congress participation of primarily assistants, who are members of Turkish Respiratory Society but do not have the means to participate, a limited number of our colleagues are going to be granted scholarships. Person applying for the scholarship must be society member and his/her statement for the congress must be accepted.
